About
Ember Arcade started as a group chat between three friends who kept sending each other screenshots of mobile games during lunch breaks. At some point we realised we had opinions nobody asked for, so we built a small site to write them down properly.,We focus on racing and arcade titles because that's what we actually enjoy, but we cover RPGs, strategy, and the occasional cozy puzzle when something grabs us. Every review comes from real play time on a normal mid-range phone, not a press demo running on hardware no one owns.,Games get picked when they do something interesting with touch controls, when a reader points us toward them, or when we simply can't put them down. We don't rush. A short arcade game might get a week; something bigger gets two or three.,Nobody here is paid by a studio to say nice things. When a game is clumsy we say so, and when it surprises us we explain why. That's the whole project.
